Freeskiing phenomenon, TJ Schiller, signs with POC for the 2009 season. Schiller, who is returning from a season ending knee injury in 2008 joins an already impressive stable of POC athletes including among others Tanner Hall, Jon Olsson, Daniel Dhers and Blake Nyman.
"I'm really excited to be a part of the POC Team," states Schiller. "POC demonstrates a strong commitment to improving the safety of extreme gravity sports and by joining POC and wearing the Receptor helmet I’m ready for an off the hook season."
TJ, 22, resides in Vernon, BC and is considered a freeskiing superstar. Prior to last year's injury Schiller competed in six big air contests from January 2007 to December 2007 and has been on the podium at every major international event over the past three seasons.
POC is a Swedish company with a strong mission, to do the best we can to possibly save lives and to reduce consequences of accidents, for gravity sports athletes.
