JD Zicat is a lesson in contrast. While timid and quiet in social situations, his manner on the hill is far from shy. Truly versatile in the park and pipe, he is comfortable spinning variations all four ways on any jump or rail, a defining element of the new wave of Quebec freestylers. Zicat first arrived on the Radar through Level 1’s Superunknown contest. With a serious training program, healthy diet and an increasing command of the English language, he is committed and poised to break out of the Quebec scene and into the public consciousness.
