A couple of weeks ago, Phil Casabon, AKA B-Dog, announced “Off the Leash,” a new video competition in which he will award $5,000 to the best 90-second street video with the most views. Since then, the submissions have been flowing in and have been pretty off-the-leash, to say the least!
