Because we’re Canadian it would be rude not to be completely stoked on the Freeride World Tour making a stop to the homeland. We wanted to deliver some insider tips on how to make the absolute most the event so we caught up with longtime Golden local, ski fanatic and previous Freeride World Tour attendee Andy Brown.

WHERE TO WATCH

On Mountain
“By far the best place to watch the comp is from Redemption Ridge or the Top of WhiteWall. Take the stairway to heaven chair to the top and then place yourself along the ridge, there are no bad spots. You will be at eye level with the venue, and close enough to see how talented these athletes are. From the ridge, you can easily access the finish area by dropping into Feuz Bowl.” Check out the trail map here.
From Town
“There will be live feeds set up in a couple of different location. Or you can watch from the comfort of your house, the FWT live streams every event for FREE.”
