Working on the Beyond film was super rewarding. One thing with a team movie is you work with new athletes each year…of course some staples but you get to see new athletes step up and put their mark on a film. The HEAD team is a special group right now and it’s awesome to hear how they talk about one another. It was definitely a challenging winter with weather and my wife and kids know that first hand…I probably haven’t had to be that spontaneous in years but in the end it may have been the most pow I’ve skied ever. Shout out to Karaoke singers on the team and being open to 24 notice roll of the dice trips.
SKIER Team Thoughts
Despite sub-par snow conditions last year, Jeff Thomas was able to wrangle the many colorful personalities on the Head team and put together a stunning product that spans the globe. We were super stoked on some of the segments, including the Mt. Baker trip, the Journeyman Lodge, and Jess Hotter’s banging ender part!
