I’m excited to keep the established tone at SBC Skier and interject a more equal representation of all genders and races encompassed by the snow industry.” – Abby Cooper

Abby was the associate editor at SBC Skier before taking on the role of managing editor at Snowboard Canada Magazine and is looking forward to getting back in touch with her established ski relationships and expanding her network with her new title.

Jay Mandarino, SBC’s Managing Publisher & CEO says, “As we move into our next evolution of our magazines it is with great pleasure that our whole team and myself welcome  Abby to her new position and now taking on both roles. She’s proved already her success on Snowboard and will only take that same successful attitude and do the same with SBC Skier.”

She has shot signature industry brand imagery and has worked with many of the legendary athletes that have shaped snowboard culture as we know it.
